All information is presented as-is.  The owners and supporters of this site do not verify locations of Travelertags, moving caches, etc. nor do we check them for safety.  We don't guarantee that the data is accurate.  You seek any traveler at your own risk.  You are responsible for your own safety and that of others.  You are responsible for verifying any information on this site prior to seeking a tag/cache. 

2. Listings
The listing owner accepts all responsibility for the listing.  It's the listing owner responsibility to ensure that relocated travelers do not violate any laws or regulations.  You agree as a listing owner to obey all rules and regulations in effect for your particular area.  By submitting information on the site you agree to grant us a worldwide royalty free, non-revocable Attribution License.  By submitting information on this site you agree to grant it's users a Attribution-NoDerivs-NonCommercial License. so they may print and use your listing.

3. Traveler "Seekers"
"Seekers" (people who hunt for the tags/Geocaches) of travelers agree to respect the rules of the travelers and agree to obey all laws and regulations regarding the placement of items on property, trespassing, etc.  "Seekers" agree that they accept all responsibility for finding the tags and the effort necessary to find them.  "Seekers" agree to use common sense when searching for traveler tags.

4. Indemnity
You agree that by using the information on this site that you wont hold us accountable for any loss, damage, expense, misfortune, etc for your use of the site or violating the terms of this agreement.

5. Travelertags.com, the website, it's owners and anyone else that knows us is not responsible for any information on this site or it's use.  You use it at your own risk and at your own time and expense.  We will not be responsible for any use, misuse or any other purpose for this data.  We will not be responsible by any damage caused by you or others while using the information on this site.  We don't guarantee the accuracy of any of the listings, it's timeliness, safety or reliability.  You accept responsibility for seeking tags like any other outdoor activity that involves risk to both persons and property.  In case I missed anything the bottom line is you should use common sense and obey the laws when placing, retrieving or locating any tags.  Do it safely and do it legally.  We're not responsible for you, your property or any other person or property.

6. Viewing Listings
You agree that any listing that you use on this site is bound by a Attribution-NoDerivs-NonCommercial License from the original author which allows you to view and print the listing but you can't redistribute it or make derivative works of it. 

7. Accounts & Submissions
You are hereby granted 1 account per-email address per person.  No multiple email addresses per person. 
You agree not to impersonate anyone or falsify your identity.  You agree not to post, provide or promote illegal activities.  You may not post advertisements or spam.  You may only upload items for which you own a copyright for.  You may not harass, harm, stalk other users.  You may not collect information about other users.  You can not post anything deemed obscene, offending, vulgar, racist, etc.  Keep it clean.

8. Privacy
Travelertags.com only uses your personal information (which is limited to your email address and name) for the following purposes.

1. To allow other users to contact you.  This information is not displayed to the user initiating contact.  The initiating user will reveal their email address in the communication to you and thus it's your choice to respond.
2. Direct communication from us, our moderators or our business associates who have direct business with you.  This for example would be a vendor of which you purchased something from us and they need to confirm the order address.  We do not give your email address out for sales calls. 

We will never knowingly sell, rent, lease or provide your information to anyone else except where required by law.
